A3 Rentals was built on a simple idea: every event deserves a moment that stops the room. We started with one 360 photo booth, a handful of bookings, and a commitment to showing up early, setting up clean, and making every guest feel like the main character.
Today we serve San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country—from downtown wedding receptions at the Pearl to corporate activations in Austin and backyard quinceañeras in New Braunfels. Every event gets the same attention to detail, the same professional setup, and the same energy our first clients experienced.
We are fully insured, carry backup equipment to every event, and staff every 360 booth with two trained operators who keep the booth running smoothly and the line moving. Our overlays, effects, and music are customized before we arrive—not figured out on site.
Fully Insured: We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for any venue that requires one.
