What hosts usually ask before they book
We arrive 60 minutes before start time, test the platform and lighting before the first guest walks in, and keep the guest of honor prioritized throughout the night.
For court and large-group sessions, Premium or Elite gives you the timing and staffing needed to avoid bottlenecks. Roaming add-on coverage is also popular for family-table moments and room reactions.

Quinceañeras planning questions
How far in advance should I book?
Quinceañera season in San Antonio runs heavily from March through June and October through December. We recommend booking 6 to 10 weeks in advance for those dates.
Can the overlay match our theme colors and style?
Yes. Our design team builds the overlay around your color palette, fonts, and any design elements you share with us before the event, then sends a proof for approval before event day.
Do you have bilingual operators?
Yes. We can staff bilingual operators for quinceañera bookings. Let us know when you reach out and we will confirm it in the booking plan.
How many people fit on the platform at once?
Two to four adults fit comfortably. We cap it at four for safety. For larger group shots, we time sessions to keep things moving and can adjust the arm speed for wider framing.
What venues do you work with in San Antonio?
We work across the full San Antonio metro and Hill Country — banquet halls, church fellowship halls, outdoor pavilions, hotel ballrooms, and private estates. As long as we have a flat surface, power within 25 feet, and 10x10 feet of floor space, we can set up.
Is there a travel fee?
Events within 25 miles of San Antonio have no travel fee. New Braunfels, Seguin, Helotes, and Boerne bookings are typically within range, and we quote any travel costs clearly before you book.
