A3 Rentals was built on a simple idea: every event deserves a moment guests talk about afterward. We focus on showing up early, setting up cleanly, and making the booth easy for every guest to use.
We are based in San Antonio and also serve events in Austin, New Braunfels, Boerne, San Marcos, Seguin, and Helotes. Any travel fee is listed on your quote before you book.
Every 360 booth is staffed with two operators who keep the booth running smoothly and the line moving. Your overlay, effects, and music are set up before we arrive. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, mention it in your quote request so we can confirm what we can provide.
What to expect on event day
