How booking works

San Antonio events use the same packages as everywhere we serve: 360 Essential (2 hours), Premium (3 hours), or Elite (4 hours), plus roaming coverage. Send your date, venue, and guest count for a quote.

- Downtown hotels and event halls often set load-in windows and vendor parking rules. Share them with us early so arrival and setup fit the schedule.
- Spring and fall are the busiest seasons for weddings and quinceañeras (March through June and October through December), so request a quote early for those dates.
- For backyard and outdoor parties, plan a flat, level spot with shade or cover and a standard outlet within 25 feet. Summer heat makes a covered area important for guests and equipment.
- Large citywide events such as Fiesta in April can slow downtown traffic and parking, so leave extra time in the vendor schedule.
