How booking works
Serving Austin events with standard booth packages.
Austin events use the same packages as everywhere we serve: 360 Essential (2 hours), Premium (3 hours), or Elite (4 hours), plus roaming coverage. Send your date, venue, and guest count for a quote.
Any applicable travel fee is confirmed before you book. Send your venue address with your quote request.

Planning notes for Austin events.
- Plan around drive time: send the venue address and load-in window so we can schedule arrival and the 45–60 minute setup before guests arrive.
- Downtown hotels and conference venues often require vendors to use a loading dock, book an elevator, or provide a certificate of insurance. Mention any requirements in your quote request so we can confirm what we can provide.
- For corporate events, send logos and brand guidelines early. We ask for brand assets at least 5 business days before the event, or 7 to 10 business days for animated packages.
- Outdoor venues need a flat, level surface, a covered area, and a standard outlet within 25 feet of the booth.

- Indoor or outdoor setup, about 10 x 10 feet of level floor space, and a standard outlet within 25 feet of the booth spot
